Landscape Material is an excellent local landscaping company. Very honest and trustworthy with very fair prices. Their topsoil is pulverized and screened to 1/2 inch. It is stored covered and kept dry. Exactly what you want when ordering bulk soil! I ordered 5 yards of topsoil mixed with 5 tons / 3.5 yards of mason land for a lawn leveling project. Driver dropped the load on my driveway perfectly. Ordered everything over phone. Very easy and smooth ordering and fast delivery. Paid driver with check. Will definitely use Landscape Material for any future landscaping needs!
