Thank you for shopping at Landscape Material & Firewood Sales, Inc.

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to resolving any product issues to your satisfaction.

All sales are final unless the product is damaged or defective. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for any products sold here unless otherwise specified. This includes but is not limited to the following products:

• Bagged materials (e.g., grass seed, fertilizer, polymeric sand)
• Bottled/canned products (e.g., sealers, cleaners, mulch stabilizers)
• Bulk materials (e.g., mulch, gravel, firewood)
• Unilock products, lighting products, and water/fire features

In the event there is damaged or defective product(s) notice must be provided within two days of purchase.

Any return exceptions are subject to restocking fees.

Additionally, LMFS employees are not responsible for incorrect quantities of materials ordered. It is the customer’s responsibility to make the final decision on the product and amount of product ordered.
